Founded in 2019 by Kaua‘i-born artist and muralist Trysen Kaneshige, Inspire To Create Media LLC has always stood for more than design. It’s been a platform for storytelling, connection, and creating work that moves people from full-color murals that brighten communities, to branding that gives local businesses a voice.
The Rebrand: The Peony as Our Crest
In 2025, Inspire To Create enters a bold new chapter with a hand drawn emblem that represents both personal heritage and brand evolution, the peony.
In Japanese culture, the peony (botan) is a symbol of bravery, prosperity, and beauty born from perseverance. For me, it’s also a reflection of my own journey navigating challenges, including the healing process from multiple brain injuries, while continuing to create with intention.
Like the peony’s layered bloom, Inspire To Create has grown year by year adding depth through murals, apparel, creative collaborations, and community projects. The new brand identity blends streetwear-inspired boldness with cultural meaning, making it instantly recognizable across apparel, murals, and digital platforms.
